Article continues after this advertisement“The post, which falsely associates the DOH with an unverified health product, is not endorsed, approved, or recognized by the Department,” the advisory read.

However, it stressed that “[w]hile healthy habits support better sleep, effective treatment requires proven methods like sleep hygiene, therapy, and medical guidance.”
In separate advisories on Monday, Seaoil and Shell Pilipinas said the per-liter prices of gasoline and diesel would be reduced by 50 centavos and 70 centavos, respectively.
According to the group, the Department of Trade and Industry’s (DTI) Bureau of Philippine Standards (BPS) is seeking feedback from stakeholders on recommendations to follow several measures as they received a bulletin from the government body informing them of five international standards on textiles published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) intended for adoption under the Philippine National Standards (PNS).
The health agency also reminded the public to be cautious against fake health claims and products that use deceptive marketing strategies and the agency’s name.

It previously flagged several online posts for using the agency to promote and endorse false transactions and fake products.
